More possibilities of serving important documents to addressees living abroad will be available as of July 1
Unknown address of the recipient will no longer be an obstacle to the application of the international service procedure in European Union (EU) countries as of July 2022. Document senders will be able to find out and verify the addresses of relevant recipients by contacting a competent authority of the country where the addressee resides, or by viewing detailed information available on the European e-Justice Portal.

Judicial officer statistics: the curve of repaid debts is rising, while the number of new debts is decreasing
In 2021, judicial officers recovered and repaid 166.3 million euros of debts to creditors, which is 19% or 26.4 million euros more than in 2020.

Statistics of debt recovery: the amount of repaid debts is increasing, while the sums of new claims are decreasing
During the first half of 2021, judicial officers were able to recover EUR 74,4 million of debt owed to private individuals and state institutions. That's 61 percent. more than last year (the first half of 2020). Two out of three creditors, who applied for debt recovery, had their debts recovered in full.
