The Courts Recognise the Majority of Actions by Judicial Officers as Legal

Despite a slight increase in the number of new enforcement cases, the number of complaints submitted to courts regarding the actions of judicial officers continued to decrease in 2023.

After examining civil cases related to the actions of judicial officers or their refusal to perform them, the courts rejected 62 percent of the complaints. Less than 13 percent of complaints were fully or partially upheld. The remaining 25 percent of the complaints and statements received in the courts were not accepted for examination, returned to the applicants, remained unexamined after settlement agreements were approved, or were dismissed on other grounds.
